Where do you source your products from?

We work with a variety of trusted suppliers to source our products, both domestically and internationally. Every single product is tested personally by our team to ensure we only offer the very best to you.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are not offering international shipments yet.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?

Yes, we offer manufacturer warranties on all of our products, and we also offer a 30-day return policy for any products that arrive damaged or defective.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept PayPal and bank transfers. You get a discounted price if you pay via bank transfer or debit card.


What Shipping Methods Are Available?

1. Standard Shipping: This is the basic shipping method used by most of the customers. Standard shipping typically uses ground shipping services, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and delivery times may range from 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
2. Express Shipping: This shipping method is for customers who want their orders delivered quickly. Express shipping services typically guarantee delivery within 1-2 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
3. Free Shipping: For our loyal customers or all orders over $50 we offer free shipping.
4. In-Store Pickup: While we donot have a physical store yet in certain cases we do allow in-store pickup purchases at our office location in San Jose. Please email us at [email protected] to coordinate a pick up time.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are not offering international shipments yet.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to make changes to orders that have already shipped.

Order & Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please reach out to us within 4 hrs of placing an order. We usually ship same day or within 24 hrs. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
